Ken leaves at 7:00 am for work.  He and Owen's inside joke goes like this:

Ken:  Good night, Owen.  See you in the morning.

Owen:  "Maaayyyybbeee"

So Owen left this note for him in the bathroom one night when Ken got home late from a meeting.
